“ The bloomin pedals as the appetizer was so delicious. The dressing also. The rustler burger was so good and a good portion and the brisket nachos that aren't on the menu but if you ask about it they can give it to the nachos was huge and we barely made a dent in them it come with everything you could ask for. The strip basket was also delicious so was the fish and chips. The regular and seasoned fries were both delicious and everything was so fresh and hot and also very crispy. Overall I would rate it a 10/10 best restaurant and food i have had in a while. Our waitress was super nice and very helpful. ”
“ This is a solid spot for a good American meal I went for the spareribs with some fried sides – basically, a nice platter of golden-brown goodness. We had a great evening and enjoyed the food. The service is friendly and really adds to the experience. ”
“ We had breakfast here on our way to Bryce Canyon. The croissant breakfast sandwich was out of this world delicious!! You must stop here when passing thru! ”
“ It's definitely a Western themed restaurant. Not my thing but they do it well. I had a mushroom Swiss burger after a disappointing one last night from another local restaurant. It was excellent and the sweet potato fries were obviously housemade and cooked just right. The apple caramel nut pie was amazing, and the coffee was just right. The server was attentive but not overly so. Restaurants really need to stop with the machines that have you enter the tip while the server watches, though. ”
“ Don’t write very many reviews but when you find an amazing hole in the wall you have two. My wife and I got two dinners and shared so we could try more things. All of the sides were delicious and tasted like a country style potluck where everyone brought their signature best side (baked beans, corn biscuit, gravy) The rainbow trout was the best I’ve had and definitely a must if you only get one thing. The Dutch oven chicken dinner was great with the sauce and potatoes Overall very happy ”
“ We stopped on our way to Escalante from Bryce Canyon, only restaurant besides a pizza place in town, and nothing for miles. What a great surprise! They offered a portabello mushroom sandwich with a side salad, John had a carnitas taco plate, both delicious and service was great as well. The iced tea was fresh brewed and so refreshing! ”
“ This restaurant has no reason to be this extraordinary. The servers were kind and the atmosphere is nice. Reminds you of a diner back home trying to look country. This place is small and once you get out of the tourist traps you can see how amazing this place is. The food was beyond good. The steak was seriously the best I’ve ever had; it must be the local beef. Everything was great and seriously is better than anything I’ve had here by far; even better than idk bbq. I would eat here 7 days a week! ”
“ Very nice place! The food was excellent and the host Asaias was able to accommodate us with a nice avocado toast with two eggs. He was really helpful and very pleasant. The atmosphere was good and the music was great too. I talked to the chef and he was very nice and I wanted to thank him for the food I recommend to go there more than Ruby’s in the park! ”
